Description: This 20-minute excerpt was ACT's entry in the 2002 Theatre Festival. "Sir", the star actor and manager of a second-rate travelling troupe in wartime Britain is attempting to get ready, assisted by his dresser, for going on stage as King Lear while suffering a nervous breakdown. Terry Pratt and Ben Kinder shared the award for "Best Actor (Male) in a Leading Role."
