This play is tour de force for the six actors, who play 55 characters of all ages in 18 scenes set in various decades of the twentieth century, all held together by the play's focus -- both satirical and celebratory -- on WASP culture, and by the single setting of an elegant dining-room suite.  The house and inn performances for invited guests constituted a new venture for ACT, chamber theatre.
